Susan Shie: A Celebration of the Artist’s Journey

Susan Shie: A Celebration of the Artist’s Journey is a retrospective celebrating nearly four decades of work by celebrated Wooster artist Susan Shie. Inspired by world cultures, folklore, politics, environmental concerns, personal milestones, and everyday life, Shie’s richly detailed works tell stories that are both deeply personal and connected to the wider community.

The exhibition features works throughout Wayne Center for the Arts, with additional pieces presented at partner locations across Wooster, including William Gallery, Crystal Lake Creatives, Wayne County Public Library, and The College of Wooster Library.

Join us for an opening reception on October 10 from 2–4 p.m. Free and open to the public; RSVP is appreciated.
